What is your return policy?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any belts or name-bracelets as they are all custom-made - ALL SALES FINAL. Any other merchandise purchased from may be returned for store credit (minus original shipping fees) within 30 days of delivery of goods by Custom Leather Creations in its original condition. Refunds are not issued except in the case of defective merchandise we are unable to replace. Custom Leather Creations is unable to accept returns on sale merchandise, special order items (all belts and name bracelets), items returned without a receipt or invoice and items received more than 30 days after delivery.

How do I return / exchange an item?
Your online Custom Leather Creations merchandise can be returned in person to our store or by UPS, FedEx or USPS. If you choose to ship a returned purchase, please completely fill out the back of your order invoice and include it with your return shipment.

Any returned merchandise must include the original receipt and must be in its original undamaged condition. Upon receipt and inspection of goods the appropriate exchange or merchandise store credit for the amount reflected on the original receipt (minus any shipping and gift wrapping charges) will be processed. All merchandise being returned is at the customer's expense and we recommend insuring the package prior to shipping. Please note that additional shipping charges will apply to exchanges. Once the return is received we will email you confirmation of the return. If you are requesting a credit we will send you a store credit memo via email. As stated above refunds are not issued except in the case of defective merchandise we are unable to replace.
